In the 9th round of the "A" tournament, only 3 of the first 10 chessboards ended with a successful result, so the ranking did not change fundamentally. The winner of the tournament was Václav Finěk with a better auxiliary rating of 7.5b ahead of Adiga Sathvik. 3rd place, with a point gap, is shared by 9 players: Pham, Sengupta, Kreken,

Laurusas, Bharadia, Audi, Korshunov, Kraus and Bureš, who each received 6.5b. The tournament number one Jurguš Pecháč did not fare well in the tournament, who finished in a tie for 29th-40th place with 5.5 points and a loss of 24 Elo points, nor did the second seed Brandon Jacobson, who ended his participation after the 7th round with 4b and a loss of 17 Elo points. The victory in the "B" tournament was secured by Marek's win in the last game with white against Sushrutha with a gain of 7.5b, Sivickis finished in second place with 7b, and 3rd-6th place was shared by Kopestynski, Cote, Rucabado and Peglau with 6.5b. The S50+ tournament ended completely unexpectedly, as far as the results of the last round are concerned. In the Stigar-Arkell game, which decided the order of the medal places, black did not play, which meant that he finished in second place and his opponent in 3rd. The winner was Grandmaster Legky, who drew his game with Eriksson. Final order: 1. Legky 8b, 2. Arkell 7.5b, 3. Stigar 6.5b, 4.-8. Dunnington, Horák, Eriksson, Riebel and Bosbach each with 6b. It is worth mentioning the results of Vladimír Hadraba, who shared 18th-28th place with 5 points and credited 44 points to Ela.

V 9. kole v „A“ turnaje skončily pouze 3 z prvních 10 šachovnic rezultativním výsledkem a tak se pořadí zásadně neměnilo. Vítězem turnaje se stal Václav Finěk s lepším pomocným hodnocením se 7,5b před Adigou Sathvikem. O 3. místo, s bodovým odstupem, se dělí 9 hráčů: Pham, Sengupta, Kreken, Laurusas, Bharadia, Audi, Korshunov, Kraus a Bureš, kteří získali po 6,5b. V turnaji se nedařilo turnajové jedničce Jurguši Pecháčovi, který skončil na děleném 29.-40. místě s 5,5body a ztrátou 24 Elo bodů a ani druhému nasazenému Brandonu Jacobsonovi, který ukončil svou účas po 7. kole se 4b a ztrátou 17 Elo bodů. Vítezství turnaje „B“ si zajistil výhrou v poslední partii Marek bílými se Sushruthou se ziskem 7,5b, na druhém místě skončila Sivickis se 7b, a o 3.-6. místo se podělili Kopestynski, Cote, Rucabado a Peglau se 6,5b. Turnaj S50+ skončil, co se týká výsledků posledního kola, zcela neočekávaně.  V partii Stigar-Arkell, která rozhodovala o pořadí na medailových místech, černý nenastoupil a tím rozhodl o tom, že skončil na druhém místě a jeho soupeř na 3. Vítězem se stal velmistr Legky, který svou partii s Erikssonem remizoval. Závěrečné pořadí: 1. Legky 8b, 2. Arkell 7,5b, 3. Stigar 6,5b, 4.-.8. Dunnington, Horák, Eriksson, Riebel a Bosbach po 6b. Za zmínku stojí výsledky Vladimíra Hadraby, který se ziskem 5b dělil 18.-28. příčku a připisuje na Elu 44b .
